Highlights of the E-Learning Module

This e-learning module is designed to deliver information in digestible sections, ensuring learners are informed without feeling overwhelmed. Throughout the course, learners engage with a mix of brief scenarios, information cards, charts, and interactive graphics to enhance understanding. To gauge knowledge retention, I incorporate knowledge checks along the way, culminating in a graded quiz that assesses learner comprehension.

Design Process

Following the ADDIE model, we conducted a comprehensive analysis, development, and evaluation of the learning solution. The methods we implemented were based on thorough research and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), staff, and customers. To evaluate effectiveness, I used Kirkpatrick’s Level 2 assessment through knowledge checks and applied Level 3 by incorporating a scenario-based graded assessment.
